Return Period

You may return your watch within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the timepiece meets our return conditions. This policy applies to purchases made in New Zealand. Limited edition watches may have different return terms due to their exclusive nature.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your watch must:

• Be in unworn, pristine condition
• Include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories
• Have the protective stickers and seals intact
• Be accompanied by the original purchase receipt
• Not show any signs of wear, scratches, or modifications

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Watches that have been worn or show signs of use
• Custom-ordered or personalized timepieces
• Watches with removed or damaged protective seals
• Items purchased during special promotional events unless otherwise stated

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your watch
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
• Securely package the watch with all original materials
• Ship the watch using a tracked and insured shipping method within New Zealand

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for different models or sizes, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss exchange options before returning your watch.

Warranty

All Phimloreuadrex watches come with a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from accidents, or unauthorized modifications. For warranty service, please contact us or visit an authorized service center in New Zealand.
